Our360 (Team Dynamics Snap360) was built by Velocity Coaching, an executive coaching practice that works with founders and leadership teams. It grew out of a recurring moment in coaching engagements: two cofounders describing the same company — and clearly not describing the same company.

Surfacing that gap used to take weeks of separate conversations. Our360 compresses it into a five-minute reflection and a single shared report, so the real conversation can start in the first session instead of the fifth.

Cofounder pairs — especially in the early years, when misalignments about values, decision rights, and accountability are cheapest to fix and most dangerous to ignore.
