How it works
Five minutes of honesty. One shared picture.
Our360 turns each person's private read on the team into a side-by-side report you can actually talk about.
1. Set Up Your Team
One person creates the team and adds everyone’s name — typically two cofounders, or an executive team of up to ten. Each person gets their own private link. No accounts or passwords are needed to participate.
2. Reflect Privately
Each person opens their link and rates 24 statements about how the team really works, on a five-point scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Nobody sees anyone else’s answers while reflecting, so there’s no anchoring and no pressure to match. Most people finish in about 5 minutes.
3. Review Together
Once everyone has submitted, the shared report unlocks. Everyone’s perspectives are shown side by side under anonymized labels — the focus is on the gaps, not on who said what. The report reveals where you’re aligned, where you’re not, and what to talk about first.
4. Debrief With Your Coach
Our360 is run through certified coaches. In a debrief session, your coach walks the team through the report: celebrating what’s working, exploring the biggest perception gaps with curiosity rather than blame, and turning the most contested dimension into a concrete working agreement.
What the 24 Statements Cover
The reflection asks four statements in each of six dimensions of team health. Every statement describes an observable behavior — not a personality trait — so the results point to things a team can actually change.
- Vulnerability-Based Trustwhether you can admit mistakes, ask for help, and share doubts openly
- Productive Conflict & Candorwhether you debate ideas directly and give honest feedback
- Values & Decision-Makingwhether values guide hard tradeoffs and decisions have clear owners
- Commitment & Alignmentwhether you share one vision and commit even after disagreeing
- Mutual Accountabilitywhether you hold each other to high standards and name issues early
- Care & Collective Resultswhether shared goals beat individual ego and the relationship energizes you

Private Reflection, Anonymized Report
While you reflect, your answers are yours alone. Nobody on the team can see your ratings or comments until everyone has finished, so each person gives their honest, unanchored read.
In the shared report, responses are anonymized. Ratings appear under randomly assigned labels like “Person A” and “Person B,” and written reflections are shown without any attribution at all. The report is designed to surface the gaps worth talking about — not to put anyone on the spot. On small teams, teammates may still recognize each other's perspectives, but nothing in the report is ever labeled with a name.
Reports live at a private link that only your team receives — they are never public, never indexed by search engines, and never used for anything beyond your own debrief.
What the Report Contains
- Perception overlay — a radar chart layering each person’s scores across the six dimensions, so gaps are visible at a glance
- Most aligned & most contested — the dimension where the team sees itself the same way, and the one where reads diverge the most
- Dimension detail — every statement with each person’s rating side by side, plus the spread between the highest and lowest read
- Written reflections — the team’s answers to open questions about appreciation and support, in their own words — shown without attribution
- Conversation prompts — a suggested question for each dimension to open the debrief productively
